DEPOSITS

We are currently accepting deposits for all puppies! Deposits are $300 and will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to any future litter. While we cannot guarantee we will have the specific gender or coat color of your choice from your desired litter, we CAN guarantee that you will get a healthy and happy new family member! We try our very best to make an educated guess about what puppies we will be expecting, but Mother Nature ultimately decides what we get and when! You are more than welcome to skip any available litter and wait for the perfect puppy. We place everyone on our list in order of deposits received; in the event a litter is not produced like we had hoped for, there aren't enough puppies out of your preferred litter, or one doesn't meet your criteria, then your deposit will go towards our next available litter. By placing your deposit with us, you are agreeing to these terms. Once you are certain you want a puppy from us, please fill out a PUPPY APPLICATION; this document will let us know that you would like to be placed on our waiting list.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Venmo: Venmo is easy to set up and is the quickest way to get your deposit to us!

PayPal: If you select "Pay for Goods or Services", ADD 3% to your transaction.

Square: Square is an easy-to-use credit card processing system that is totally secure.

Personal Check: Checks are accepted for the deposit only and should be sent by certified mail to guarantee a spot on the Priority Waitlist.

WAITING LIST

How it works: If you would like to be placed on our waiting list, a deposit will reserve your spot in line. It is never too early to get on our list! The sooner you place a deposit, the better chance you have of getting the puppy you want.  Please check out and stay current with our litters by watching our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy page on our website for information on our current and future litters.

IMPORTANT: Once you place a deposit, it is your responsibility to check our updates on our website. It's not uncommon for us to have more than 10 deposits at any given time.  If you are on our wait list and see a puppy you are interested in, please reach out to us so we can discuss placement options.

PUPPY PICK-OUT

If you have placed a deposit for a puppy from an unborn litter, we will do our best to notify you when a litter is born and will contact you individually when we have puppies available that match your criteria. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to reach out to us regarding a current litter. Keep in mind that puppy placement is based on the order a deposit is received. We encourage you to subscribe to our website as we will make an email announcement about new litters on our website. Once the litter has reached 3-4 weeks of age and are thriving, we will go down our list and start offering puppies to individuals in order based on the order deposits are received. We do our best to provide regular photo updates as the puppies grow prior to choosing as well as up until they leave so that you can continue to watch your puppy mature. If you are set on a specific color and/or gender we will only offer you puppies that meet this criteria. Please note that if you are set on a particular color/gender of puppy, your wait may be longer. If you aren't particular on color, gender, etc. you will likely have more options to choose from and have the opportunity to get your puppy sooner.

VISITATION

At this time, visitors are limited but we are happy to use Facetime and videos to help you learn more about the upcoming puppies. Our goal is that you respect the health of our puppies at all times. So before visiting for pick up, please avoid going to pet stores, animal shelters, dog parks, or any other high traffic areas where other animals frequent. We ask that you remove shoes and sanitize your hands before interacting with the puppies to avoid the spread of disease like the common, but lethal Canine Parvovirus. We also request that you leave all other pets at home when coming to visit and/or pick up your new puppy. Our dogs are our family and our litters are all started in our home. Because of this we do not have business hours for people to stop by and play with our puppies nor do we allow visits from anyone who is not on our priority waiting list and in line to choose their puppy on scheduled visitation days.

FINAL PAYMENTS

For families on our waiting lists, final payment on your chosen puppy is due 10 days before your litter's pick-up date. If for any reason we haven't received the final payment by this time, your chosen puppy and spot in line will be lost. Your puppy will be considered yours once your Deposit and Final Payment are received. If you need delivery, all shipping fees will be due along with the remaining balance of your puppy. Final payments can be made via Venmo, Square, Paypal, or cash.

REFUNDS

Deposits are nonrefundable, please only place a deposit if you are certain you will be ready for a new puppy in the next 12 months! After the puppy has left our care, the new family has 3 days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy is found to be in ill health with any life threatening disease, the cause of which we as breeders were to blame, only then can the puppy be returned for a full refund. The details of our 2 year health guarantee are available to you prior to the puppy going home.

DELIVERY

HAND-DELIVERY: We can hand-deliver your puppy to an airport near you! Your puppy will fly as carry-on with our "flight nanny" in the comfort and protection of the airplane cabin. Hand-delivery to the continental US starts will be the cost of a flight, flight for the puppy and a fee for the puppy nanny. In addiont, this will include your puppy's health certificate, soft crate, flight, and transportation to the airport. We can also hand-deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and other countries outside of the continental US; prices vary by location. Hand delivery requires advance arrangements, so if you are interested in this option, please notify us at the time that you place your deposit.

You are welcome to fly in and take your puppy home as a carry-on. We can meet you at the MCI international airport at no additional cost.

Local families and those who wish to drive to pick up their puppy are welcome on scheduled puppy pick-up dates!

HEALTH GUARANTEE

We stand behind each puppy we sell, and each one will come with a 2-Year Written Health Guarantee! We guarantee your puppies to be free from any life threatening, congenital defect or we will replace your puppy free of charge. Please review the written guidelines and requirements prior to delivery. Remember specific guidelines must be met in order to qualify for our guarantee including but not limited to a vet check within the first 3 days of arrival of your new puppy.

DEWCLAWS & TAIL DOCKING

There are two types of dewclaws- attached dewclaws and detached dewclaws. When done at day 2 or 3 attached dewclaws have not developed the bone connecting the claw to their "wrist" and the pain level is much lower. Consequently we are currently removing the attached dewclaws to avoid our adult dogs from injuring themselves and their families with accidental scratching. Detached dewclaws do not have a bone connecting to their wrist, are floppy, and otherwise useless. Both attached and detached dewclaws that we feel will be a nuisance as a dog matures will be removed. At this time, all of our puppies will have their tails docked at day 2 by our veterinarian.

BOARDING

We make every attempt to be as accommodating as possible, and will keep your puppy for a period beyond the normal pick up date if the need arises. There is a $100/week boarding fee for every week after the puppies are available to be picked up or shipped, starting on the first day. This covers the cost of food, training, and boarding. We will board your puppy for up to 2 weeks past the pickup or shipping date without any charge.

RETURNS

Occasionally life happens and there may be circumstances that change or a puppy does not work out in his or her new home for various reasons. In these or other similar situations we are more than happy to take the puppy or adult dog back until a new home can be found. Returning the dog to us is at the owner's expense and no refund will be offered past the 3 day mark after the puppy has gone to his new home.

AKC REGISTRATION AND BREEDING RIGHTS

Quivira Corgi puppies are ALL AKC registerable. Each puppy will be sold on a spay/neuter assumption unless prior arrangements have been made. We use only certified AKC registered breeding dogs in our breeding program and have searched and re-searched to find the best of the breed.  Puppies will be sold on a limited registration basis and the paperwork will be provided upon request. Breeding rights are available to small, approved breeders only after conversations and commitments have been put into place via a breeding contract. Please contact us about breeding right pricing.
